Copyright policy (DMCA)

Almarketo LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects users of FROST PLAYER to do the same. FROST PLAYERis a media player only: we do not host, provide, index or link to any audiovisual content. Users add their own playlists, which are stored on our servers only to deliver them to the user's own device.

Reporting infringement

If you believe a playlist added to FROST PLAYER gives access to content that infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

1. Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim are infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material: the playlist or stream address (URL) and, if known, the device MAC ID it was added to.
4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.

What we do

• We review each valid notice promptly.
• We remove the identified playlist entries from our servers, and may block the reported address from being added again.
• Where possible we inform the affected user, who may send a counter-notice.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above with: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the United States, any judicial district in which Almarketo LLC may be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the notice.

Repeat infringers

We will deactivate, in appropriate circumstances, the devices of users who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices, without refund. See our Terms of use.

Misuse of our name

Websites that copy our platform or use the FROST PLAYER name to sell IPTV subscriptions or channel packages are not affiliated with us. Please report them to [email protected].
